Controversial arrest this summer, an arrest some say involved Excessive Force. The arrest is led to an internal investigation involving bart police. Surveillance video from a Downtown Business helped Police Identify the suspect, 38yearold julio sanchez, he was arrested earlier this month, but Campbell Police say the investigation is not over. While we hope there are no other victims the information we have leads us to believe we could potentially see it. Reporter sanchez was working for checkered flag yellow taxi, the address was listed in Mountain View but the address doesnt exist.
