Springlike Weather Gives Way To Early Week Snow March 13, 2021 6:18 PM Charlie Koch After a beautiful Saturday across the Coulee Region, clouds will begin to thicken up on Sunday ahead of our next big weather maker. Before we get to Sunday, however, don’t forget to set your clocks AHEAD one hour as Daylight Saving Time begins early on Sunday morning. Expect highs on Sunday to be a little bit cooler, generally in the low 50s, with more cloud cover and breezy conditions. Winds will pick up out of the east a 10-20 mph by the afternoon. As we work into Sunday night, cloudy skies will dominate, and will lead to some light snow after midnight for areas to the southwest of La Crosse. Expect light snow, potentially mixed with rain, across most of the Coulee Region, with the exception of areas north of I-94 by Monday morning’s commute. Expect snow totals in the La Crosse area to be in the 1-3 inch range, with slightly more possible to the southwest.
