The Becker County Food Pantry turned 40 years old in April. A celebration is tentatively planned to coincide with the opening of its new building this fall.

Becker County Food Pantry volunteers recently enjoyed a tasty lunch of fire-roasted pizza courtesy of Detroit Lakes own Roasted Pub & Eatery, in honor of National Volunteer Week (April 18-24).
The crew at Detroit Lakes Roasted Pub and Eatery decided to celebrate National Volunteer Week by baking up some of their famous fire roasted pizzas to donate to dedicated Becker County Food Pantry volunteers on Thursday, April 22.
