A dairy farm in Allegany County is fighting to keep its land that could be taken and used to build a massive cheese plant just off I-86 in Angelica. The county industrial development agency or ACIDA wants to use eminent domain to get the project off the ground in order to build a 480,000-square-foot facility for the Ohio-based Great Lakes Cheese Company.
