Second, Third Arrests Made in Neenah Homicide By Rob Sussman

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (WTAQ) Three people now have been arrested for a late April homicide in Neenah.
Terran Colwell, 28, was arrested on May 7th after leading US Marshals on a high-speed car chase then fleeing on foot.
51-year-old Charles W. Hoofman, a member of the Hells Lovers Motorcycle Club, was also arrested Monday after a search warrant was conducted. Police are recommending a charge of Party to Crime 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, and the District Attorney is in the process of reviewing the charges.
Neenah Police say Colwell and Mandel Roy stabbed 22-year-old Rodger Ridgeway to death outside of a motorcycle club.
