The family is identifying the man shot and killed during a scuffle with police as frank clark. And they say. Theyre not buying notions that clark was in possession of a gun as the police chief indicated. Angelica alvarez is on the investigation that also sent an officer to the police havent officially identified the man. But family members say frank clark is the man who died today.
