CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The Charleston Police Department says a five-year veteran of the agency is on administrative leave following an officer-involved shooting this week.
Sammy Stevens, who was hired by the department in October 2015, is the officer involved in the incident Tuesday night, police spokesman Charles Francis.
