CHARLESTON Another victim filed a lawsuit against the West Virginia State Police after she was allegedly sexually assaulted by a trooper nearly two years ago.
CHARLESTON – A Fayette County woman is suing two trucking companies and the West Virginia Division of Highways for injuries sustained in an accident when an overloaded logging truck hit her and her grandson on U.S. 60.
