Experts tip on managing cash flows in volatile environment December 23, 2020 Charles Ocici (R) tips entrepreneurs Entrepreneurs have been urged to properly manage their cash flows so as to survive in this volatile environment characterized by depressed consumer demand caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, writes ERNEST JJINGO. Charles Ocici, the Enterprise Uganda executive director, said that businesses need to keenly watch their cash flows than ever before to ensure that their businesses remain in a healthy position. “Analyze and see what you could do to improve sales which is the key source of cash flow. But as revenues come in, look at the outflows too; manage them well so that you balance inflows with the outflows. Do away with all sorts of luxuries,” Ocici said.
