Could put your former prosecutor hat on and tell us where we are in this point of the Closing Arguments. Watching this reminds me of what it felt to sit at the table and listen to defense lawyers make their close and you just being so anxious to stand back up and rebut and thats what the prosecutors going to do now. He rambled and went on and on and on and on rather than just focusing on his most powerful arguments, briefly and strongly. The difference, though, on may 25, 2020 the officers just wouldnt listen to him, wouldnt look at the signs, recognize the signs of what they had prepared for and a reasonable officer in the defendants place with all his training and all his experience, including that 40hour crisis intervention course and subsequent refresher course should have known and recognized that.
