Forthfrom the news deck this afternoon, creepy Text Messages may have led cops to a suspected serial killer, possibly bringing an end to a string of murders that could stretch back for decades. Thats what were learning from nothing officials in northern inside. Cops found seven bodies over the weekend, in the citys of gary and hammond. Investigators say friend of one of the victims received Text Messages from the victims phone. The friend says she believes those messages came from the accused killer. Police say that led them to the victims body at a motel. And those messssages led them straight to the suspect. Heres the guys mug shot. Police say he did confess, not just to that murder but to several others. Cops say he was convicted sex offender in texas before moving to indiana.
