Authorities say that 21yearold dylann roof was arrested in shelby North Carolina during a traffic stop. Earlier they the released this picture of roof from police surveillance. They say that he spent an hour in prayer before shooting the people. The people included in the shooting were three males and six females. Three people survived the shooting, and among those killed were the churchs pastor the reverend Clementa Pinckney and he was also a South Carolina state senator, and prominent civil rights activist.
