Charles âArdenâ Fowler
Charles âArdenâ Fowler, 83, of Coldwater passed away Tuesday, February 09, 2021 at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital after a short illness.
In following his wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside burial will take place at 12 noon Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Snow Prairie Cemetery.
The family was cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Charles was born November 18, 1937 to Charles C. and Helen (Rose) Fowler in Fawn River Township. He was a 1956 Bronson High School graduate. Arden was drafted into the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam era, but did not serve overseas. Upon leaving the service he began a long working career. He worked as a heavy equipment operator with both county and state road commissions. Arden also spent time farming. On September 12, 1959 he married Phyllis Jean Loe. He was very proud of being a lifelong resident of Branch County.
