A white, 2003 Ford Taurus, driven by a 73-year-old Abilene man, was traveling westbound on Old 40 when a blue, 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, driven by a 17-year-old Salina girl, pulled out from northbound Cunningham after stopping at the stop sign and struck the Taurus.
The Taurus had a 75-year-old woman, also from Abilene as a passenger and the Cruze had three other Salina girls, ages 12, 10 and 10 as passengers.
