Three Arrested After Traffic Stop for Expired Registration On the afternoon of July 8, the Sedalia Police Department s Crime Solution Unit conducted a vehicle stop at South Limit Avenue and West 3rd Street for a vehicle with expired registration. During the course of the stop, the driver was found to have an active arrest warrant out of Saline County for Failure to Appear on original charges of No Insurance. Whitney Keith Reynolds, 33, homeless, was arrested without incident. During an inventory search of the vehicle prior to towing, several items related to drug activity were found along with property believed to be stolen.
