Tipo-Tipo town was the recipient in Basilan province under the program that targets third-class or lower municipalities through the PCSO Charity Assistance Department. The Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Tipo-Tipo, located along the provincial highway, is also the main hub for medical services to adjacent towns Ungkaya Pukan and Al-Barka. The three towns have a total combined population of 73,382 as of the 2020 census. "Inshallah (If God wills), this patient transport vehicle will serve its purpose for the constituents of Tipo-Tipo or anyone needing emergency medical transport," read the Tipo-Tipo RHU Facebook post on Friday.
