The Quezon City People’s Law Enforcement Board has dismissed from service a Manila policeman who shot dead a traffic enforcer on Oct. 13. Ruling on the administrative case filed by the victim’s common-law wife and friend, the QC PLEB dismissed Lt. Felixberto Tiquil for killing Edgar Abad Follero of the Quezon City department of public order and safety.
