COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is remembering a
Terry Barrett, 69, spent more than four decades with the department as a deputy, investigator, and chaplain.
Sheriff Leon Lott is saddened to announce the death of Chaplain Terry Barrett. Chaplain Barrett served in different capacities and attained the rank of Lieutenant in Investigations where he retired from full active service.
