What are the Total War: Warhammer 3 Factions?
So far, Creative Assembly and Sega have confirmed there will be six factions in the game. There are four Chaos factions using the armies of Khorne, Nurgle, Slaanesh, and Tzeentch as well as two human ones focused on Cathay and Kislev.
Who are they though?
Khorne, for the uninitiated, is also known as Blood God and the Lord of Skulls. It lives for brutality and thrives off of hate, anger, rage, war and killing. Anybody who follows this God is likely to be either an “honourable champion” or “blood-crazed slaughtered”.
Nurgle is also known as the Plague God and is the Chaos God of disease, decay, despair, death, destruction and all wonderful things of that ilk. Nurgle spreads plagues amongst the mortal world. His followers are a combination of people who want to cause unadulterated destruction as well as those who crave resilience.
Total War: Warhammer 3 has been revealed.
It includes armies for the four Chaos Gods as well as Kislev and Cathay.
Total War: Warhammer 3 is scheduled to arrive for PC sometime in late 2021.

Total War: Warhammer 3 takes place in The Realm of Chaos, where the four Chaos Gods hold sway: Khorne, Slaanesh, Tzeentch and Nurgle. Opposing these beings of pure chaos are the kingdom of Kislev and the empire of Cathay. Sometime after launch, players will be able to combine these this game with the two prior titles, creating a massive mega-campaign.

Creative Assembly has dropped another teaser for the anticipated Total War: Warhammer 3 , and fans of the video game believe that this is a build-up until the company released the full trailer for the game, which is the third and final installment in the Total War trilogy. It is said that the full 2021 trailer will be released on February 4.

So why are so many people excited about the release of the Total War: Warhammer 3 ? Half of the reason is that fans want to complete the trilogy, but there are other things that suggests the video game is bigger than just another DLC.

excited today. This is because since last Friday, Creative Assembly has been teasing… something.
There have been four teasers, each a short animated video with some dude rambling while he looks into a telescope, and in each of the teasers he sees a different constellation from the Warhammer Fantasy universe. First it was Grungni’s Baldric, then it was The Piper, followed by The Drummer and The Cauldron together. If you follow the analysis from the fans on reddit, these are each meant to relate to a specific Chaos God from the iconic Games Workshop pantheon: Khorne, Tzeentch, Slaanesh, and Nurgle.
