Taipei, April 7 (CNA) The wife of an expert on the governmental vaccine review panel that granted emergency use authorization (EUA) to the COVID-19 vaccine developed by Medigen Vaccine Biologics Corp. (MVC) in July 2021, has been indicated for insider trading of the company's shares before the EUA news was made public, prosecutors said Friday.
Taipei, Dec. 30 (CNA) Chang Shih-chung (張世忠), chairman of Medigen Biotechnology Corp., was released on bail early Friday after being questioned on alleged insider trading activities involving its COVID-19 vaccine-making subsidiary, Taipei prosecutors said.
