It caused. Reporter it is raining right now. We are along 101 tonight. A Highway Patrol officer took us long as she worked in the rain during one of the busiest periods of the year. Reporter sounding her siren she fought traffic to respond to an accident. It involved a motorcycle and a car. One of five crashes they responded to around 6 00 p. M. Tonight. Officers say they were all weather related. Reporter minutes later she spotted the driver of his car speeding past her car, going 80 Miles Per Hour in a 55 Miles Per Hour zone.
