Please gonna 911 call that someone is trying to get into apparently he was shooting one of the victims was shot multiple times and we believe three times that person was still shooting as they were trying to get into that apartment. He was taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition. The thing we are trying to figure out is if this person was actually targeted. We can see somebody right now being pushed and it looks being put into the back of the squad car. We dont know what this persons involvement is that of
