Peaky Blinders Billy Kimber (played by Charlie Creed-Miles) was an English gangster who run the Birmingham Boys. This was the rival gang to Tommy Shelby s (Cillian Murphy) Peaky Blinders whose feud with the Birmingham Boys reached its climax at the end of series one. While Billy did prove to be a worthy opponent to Tommy, in the end a showdown revealed who the true victor was.
