Granting bail to Naseeb Khan, a bench of Justice Sandeep Moudgil observed: “It owes more than verbal respect to the principle that punishment begins after conviction and that every man is deemed to be innocent until duly tried and found guilty”.
The victim was identified as Dwarka Prashad, 48, a resident of Sector 83-A. He belonged to Rampur district in Uttar Pradesh and worked as a watchman in Sector 82. The accused was identified as Phool Singh, also a native of Uttar Pradesh.
