Counting of votes for Chandigarh constituency will take place at Sector 26-based Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology (CCET), which has been equipped with three-layered security. Only permitted agents and officials will be allowed inside the CCET building. EVMs will be opened on Tuesday for counting in the morning after completing all the required formalities. The observers of the election will be there during counting of votes.
