Students from different communities including Meitei, Tangkhul, Monsang, Chothe, Anal, Aimol, Lamkang, Maring, Kabui, Pangal and Kuki graced the programme with different cultural shows.
Deputy commissioner Chandel M Rajkumar mentioned that it was under the initiative of MP Lorho S Pfoze and former ADC members in the person of Sh Manglem Monsang and Kt Hari Anal that Japhou and Modi are now inaugurated as model villages.
