The andra chansen stage of Mello 2021 will be streamed live on SVT Play. It will be available to watch worldwide. It will also remain online for catch-up viewing.
The fifth show will see eight acts perform the third and fourth place finishers from each of the semi-finals. They have all been paired up into duels. One act will qualify from each of the duels. These four qualifiers will join the eight acts which qualified directly to the final from the semis. As always, the andra chansen result will be determined solely by the viewing public through a mixture of app and phone votes. The four duels are:
