“We envisioned a virtual walk, of course,” says Stephanie Wold, an event organizer and a nurse practitioner at the Maz cardiovascular ICU.
“The COVID-19 protocols ended plans for our annual Maz-Spin-A-Thon and so we switched gears and decided to attempt to walk the more than 11-million steps it would take to walk across Canada.”
