It’s that exciting time of year when we get to kick 2020 to the curb and, if we’re lucky, ring in the new year in (physically distanced) style.
For much of the Western world, that means popping a little bit of the bubbly, a New Year’s Eve tradition so entrenched that most people don’t even question it.
