Uniindia: Jammu, June 22 (UNI) Although the annual Chambliyal Mela is to be held after a gap of two years due to COVID pandemic, the Pakistan Rangers for the fifth consecutive year will skip the event scheduled to be held on Thursday along the international border in Ramgarh sector of Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials informed on Wednesday.
