Abigael Bellows would ve turned 23 on April 12.  But this year, her family can only reminisce on memories of the girl who was known by so many for her free spirit.  The young woman, described by those who loved her as a beautiful soul, passionate, and authentic, loved to travel and see the world from other perspectives. Those qualities are what sparked the idea for her family to partner with the Chambersburg Area School District Foundation to create a permanent scholarship fund known as the Abigael Bellow’s Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship will support a CASD student who has an interest in international relations/travel.
