Monthly jazz concert series finds home at Six Car Pub & Brewery Starting Thursday, the Amarillo Symphony and Chamber Music Amarillo will be bringing jazz downtown every month through September at Six Car Pub & Brewery.  The Yellow Rose Jazz concert series will kick off at 6 p.m. Thursday with Polk Street Jazz on the patio at Six Car Pub & Brewery off of Polk Street. The concert series will continue through the summer with various jazz ensembles. The schedule for the Yellow Rose Jazz concert series is as follows:  • June 24: The James Barger Quartet • July 15: The Bevan Manson Trio • August 19: The Jim Laughlin Quartet
