Chalana Wilson from Silt recently took some amazing pictures of Palisade Peaches blossoming. She took the pictures in East Orchard Mesa on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, while driving around the orchard patch. She just saw only a few of the orchards blooming and pulled over to snap some pictures.

Chalana loves Palisade Peaches because of the history. Her great-grandma used to pack peaches back in the 1940s and 1950s to make money to buy her kids school clothes. Palisade Peaches have been in the Grand Valley since the late 1800s.
