ITANAGAR A tribal organisation on Saturday alleged that the anti-corruption bureau of Arunachal Pradesh Police, the Special Investigation Cell (SIC), is not taking any action against the accused who reportedly siphoned off Rs 27.51 crore allocated for the Hollongi airport rehabilitation scheme.
