Chairperson of Parliament s Section 194 inquiry Richard Dyantyi said he never met privately with late African National Congress member of Parliament Tina Joemat-Pettersson, during the period that she allegedly solicited a bribe on his behalf.
Richard Dyantyi said he was unable to meet his Friday deadline to respond to this latest recusal application because he was waiting for Busisiwe Mkhwebane to furnish him with the full recording on which the bribery allegations against him were based.
Richard Dyantyi said that he’d asked Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane to provide him with more details related to meetings between her husband and the late African National Congress (ANC) MP, Tina Joemat-Pettersson.
