Hong Kong, Jan. 28, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Bridgetown 2 Holdings Limited (the “Company”) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 29,900,000 Class A ordinary shares, including the exercise in full of the underwriters 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,900,000 Class A ordinary shares. The offering was priced at $10.00 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of $299,000,000.

Timken was first elected in January 2017 after the Republican central committee deadlocked on two votes between her and incumbent Chairman Matt Borges. Timken, who was backed by President Donald Trump, emerged as the winner after negotiations behind closed doors.
It was a lot easier Friday with Timken being the only candidate and winning another four-year term.
“I’m honored and humbled for your continued support,” Timken told the Republican central committee. “We’ve accomplished so much together and we have so much more to accomplish.”

Fergus Falls left reeling from latest school cuts
The latest round of budget cuts at the Fergus Falls School District hardly caught the Minnesota community by surprise. The city has been bracing for more than $2.3 million worth of reductions, or 10 percent of the district s budget, since last fall.

By a 5-0 vote Monday night, the town planners, despite lingering concerns over adequate parking, felt confident that principal developer Jeffrey Cohen would increase the number of spaces if the demand warrants it. The decision did not include any conditions for the developer to meet regarding the parking.
âThey donât want a parking disaster. I really feel they would do something about it,â said Planning Board member Buck Donovan.
