Kashmir Committee, IRS sign cooperation agreement to help build strong narrative on Kashmir dispute

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Kashmir Committee and the Institute of Regional Studies (IRS) on Wednesday signed a Cooperation Agreement to help develop an institutional network in building a strong narrative on Kashmir cause.
The President IRS Ambassador Nadeem Riyaz and the Director-General Kashmir Committee Mirza Salman Baig signed the cooperation agreement.
On this occasion, the Chairman Kashmir Committee Shehryar Khan Afridi said that the cooperation agreement aims at the provision of professional and institutional support to the Kashmir Committee to help its narrative building on Kashmir cause.

ISLAMABAD: The Chairman Kashmir Committee Shehryar Khan Afridi on Saturday launched the Kashmir Premier League (KPL) as the first premier cricket tournament of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, vowing to initiate a series of cultural and sports events to raise the voice of the people of Jammu and Kashmir globally.
Flanked by President Azad Jammu & Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan, celebrated cricket icon Shahid Afridi who is also the brand ambassador for KPL, Azhar Mahmood, Chief Coach for KPL, President KPL Arif Malik and Shehzad Akhtar Chaudhry KPL CEO, Shehryar Afridi said that KPL would help put Kashmir on the World Sports Map.
