Mega graft cases being brought to logical conclusion: NAB chief - Newspaper

ISLAMABAD: National Acco­untability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Javed Iqbal on Sunday directed the bureau’s investigation officers to complete all inquiries and investigations on merit and in light of concrete documentary evidence. “Mega corruption cases of the big fish are being brought to logical conclusion through vigorous prosecution as per law so that the looted money of billions of rupees could be recovered from corrupt elements and deposited in the national exchequer,” he said. According to a press release, the NAB chairman said that the anti-graft watchdog would not come under any pressure or threat but discharge its duty to eradicate corruption.
