PUTNEY—In honor of Black History Month and the ongoing collaboration between the WIndham County NAACP and the town Equity and Inclusion Committee, the Windham County NAACP purchased and presented the Putney Selectboard with a print of the Black Lives Matter Mural as it was captured by commercial photographer Justin Altman .
