The Butcher s Tale opens this week in former Butcher and the Boar spot

The new smoked meats and bourbon restaurant in the former Butcher and the Boar space will officially open on Wednesday, May 12.
“I am thrilled to be back home in what I consider ‘my OG kitchen’,” Botcher said in a statement. “We’ve put together a menu that improves on the traditional favorites I created including sausages, smoked meats, ribs, and charcuterie. Guests will also see more offerings on the menu more market-fresh seafood, sides and salads. It’s all here, and I couldn’t be more excited.
