COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) â The Coldwater Downtown Development Authority took a couple of steps on Wednesday that they hope will lead to the development of the former Taylorâs Stationers building at 60 West Chicago.
They approved a $4,000 request for architectural work. Current plans call for the second and third floors to be laid out for residential use with the bottom floor being used for retail businesses. Options for basement use would also be looked at.
Lisa Miller from the Branch County Economic Growth Alliance said she has already gotten a pair of quotes and there may be a third one.
