Two men landed behind bars in connection with a stash house located in the Chacon neighborhood, according to an arrest affidavit filed on Tuesday.
Homeland Security Investigations special agents received credible information on Feb. 5 about Ricardo Olivarez-Infante using a residence in the 1700 block of Green Street as a stash house, according to court documents.
On Feb. 6, HSI special agents with the assistance of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, Texas Department of Public Safety and the Laredo Police Department arrived at the residence.
An HSI special agent and an LPD officer approached the house and knocked on the door announcing themselves as “police,” according to court documents.
