A father is speaking out, calling for accountability of the 18-year-old who hit a van going 112 mph, killing three kids and an adult, and injuring two other kids.
Washington Judge Johanna Bender said that Chase Jones was driving at a speed meant for the Nascar track. Judge Bender set bail at $100,000 and forbade Jones from driving.
