A man was found shot to death inside a car on Cesery Boulevard, right off Arlington Expressway, early Sunday morning, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Homicide and Crime Scene detectives were on the scene at 700 Cesery Boulevard along with members from the Medical Examiner's Office and the State Attorney's Office.
