Police in Western Visayas back community pantries

(Florence Yap/ MANILA BULLETIN) “We fully support community pantries.  We are not profiling anyone,” emphasized Police Lt. Col.  Joem Malong, spokesperson of the Police Regional Office (PRO-6). A cop assigned at the Jaro district station of Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) personally took the initiative to support a community pantry. Police Executive Master Sgt. Cesar Pinuela gave pumpkins and jackfruits grown from his farm to the Alta Tierra Community Pantry which Florencio Yap organized for his 68th birth anniversary last week.  Pinuela came back with fellow policemen from the Jaro police station to donate rice packs.
