A Montgomery County District Court judge has ordered the man accused of stealing a state highway truck and leading police on a chase to be held without bond.
The Maryland man who stole a tow truck, rammed several vehicles and led authorities on a nearly 30-mile chase earlier this month remains hospitalized Tuesday.
