TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - Tucson Police officers have arrested a man on murder charges after responding to a shooting near the University of Arizona.
On January 27, 2020, at 9:58 a.m., officers from Operations Division Midtown were dispatched on the report of an unknown trouble call at 501 N. Park Ave. Upon arrival, officers contacted 22-year-old Cesar Antonio Anaya Guitron.
While speaking with Guitron, officers obtained information that there was a shooting that took place earlier that morning in an apartment at 4880 of E. 29th Street. Officers responded to the apartment to conduct a welfare check. Once inside the apartment, officers discovered an adult male deceased with gunshot trauma. The victim’s i
