Cheryl Stanley is an innovative learning and development leader with experience teaching, training, leading teams, designing creative learning experiences and developing talent. She served as a classroom teacher in the K-16 environment, teaching face to face and online for 20 years. As a military spouse, she had a wide range of learning and development roles including her most recent as the Global Learning and Development Manager with a global FinTech. Cheryl has her BA from Purdue University and holds a MA in Education from the University of Phoenix. Cheryl earned her Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) in March of 2018 and completed her recertification in 2021. She is the Certifications Director her local ATD Chapter in Dallas, TX and is part of a national cohort that provides two Virtual CPTD/APTD Study Groups each year.
