Has got to be one of the only shipyards that you have turned into a park i dont know. Obviously this will be an example for the nation as well as honestly probably anywhere in the world. And one thing that i already have the port folks here is that i would love to make my pitch and i made it to ram before and it is not just in seattle, they have a pocket park and a beach. And you get away from the traffic and you hear the water on the beach and it is fantastic and so i love seeing the water meeting this park. But i would love to promote it in more spots along the wharf downtown and stuff so you can drop in and where that new park is down at brannen and i would love if we had a pork ket beach, otherwise, i would agree, anything interrupting your access to the water i would love to see not there. Both mayor and chiu mentioned this. We have a new wall to recognize the special contribution that asians and Asian Americans have made to this part of the waterfront and the city. As was mentioned, 9 the waterfront was the place asian immigration came to the United States and the California Gold rush certainly brought a steady influx of Asian American laborers who helped to build the infrastructure of this country, including our railroads. On june 23rd, 1877, a huge mob attacked chinese businesses here and headed for the local symbol of chinese immigration, the pacific mall wharf where we stand today. They tried to burn the beer, but failed. I think its important that we recognize and remember our history because as we move forward, as we celebrate our victories, our progress, its really important to remember those that came before us and the history that was here today. And it shows it walks through the price it sold for at the top line, the transmission and distribution costs that occurred. So, those are deducted from the sale rate to arrive at a gross margin. And then we factor in other costs, costs of hetchy power, for example, local build and repayment stream, and we arrive at a net margin we look at these different types of sales opportunities. As far as we know, this will be the first time that the public has been able to be in the building, 12 building. Thats where were doing it, in building 12. Since she opened in 1941. So, there is probably some public in and about during the world war ii years, but not much. And certainly its a great coups for us to do it, thank the city for helping us bring open air market to pier 70. As part of a one day event, there will be a pop up art gallery by our own building artist. There will be food and fashion trucks. There will be live music, a beer and winegard en, kid zone with craft activities by the bayview organization scrap and other interactive booths.
