VICKSBURG, MI (WKZO AM/FM) The Village of Vicksburg will see the debut of a new farm produce subscription service this year in the form of Green Light Farm. According to officials, Green Light Farm will be serving the Vicksburg area, as well as the surrounding communities. Officials say the service is run by longtime farmer Adam Cortright, as well as local dentist Chad Thorpe of Centreville Family Dentistry. Officials say the idea behind Green Light Farm was inspired to “reintegrate the community back into the food that they consume, while providing a portion of the crop to local food banks.”
